Another interesting application is to support thick (50mm or 70mm) lean to roofing sheets on the Timber Ring Beam Support which could be down to 2½° pitch, so all the dirt off the main roof goes into the Box Gutter and does not rest on the low pitch lean to - worth considering? |
| ELTECH automatically supply 110mm long 10mm diameter stainless steel coach screws with 17mm heads to screw deep into the Rafter ends through the Facia Boards. This is unique to ELTECH and will carry glass roofs and take the discharge from the main roof also. | |

This illustration shows a very typical Bungalow application Gutter fixed deep into the Rafter ends, through the Fascia using the stainless steel coach screws (10mm diameter 110mm long). It shows the Valley discharge into the welded internal corner, and the roofing felt under the tiles coming over the top edge of the gutter. No brackets needed under ELTECH Box Gutters. |
| If you have a very wide Soffit and you wish to clad under the Gutter, right back to the wall, to eliminate condensation. Interlocking uPVC planking from the wall right through to the front of the Gutter looks very attractive and is a good thermal break. | |
